We have visited at all times of the day and have found ALL of the staff to be polite, caring and kind towards us and Auntie.
BRAMBLE LODGE in my opinion is exceptional. Auntie was unwell when she arrived. The doctors, nurses and staff worked together quickly to resolve this and she has made a good recovery.
My own mother had dementia and was in 4 care homes during 14 years. In this time I have seen a huge range of facilities offering 'care' for a over one. Trust me .... this is the best I have ever seen, and I have seen lots!
